2 vans illegally parked on the car road

These 2 vans have been illegally parked on Frampton Park Road for 2 whole days blocking the cars roadway and I have actually scraped my car on the sidewalk due to these 2 vans blocking the way

    Officers completed a visit to the location today, confirming that no vehicles were parked illegally.
