Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

The base and surrounds of this are in very bad order; "an eyesore', agreed one of the street sweepers I spoke to, who advised I reported the problem here.

It is terribly overgrown with weeds (Euphorbia, sycamore, etc) and has been badly tended for a long time, a few years.

Indeed it interferes with parking on the road immediately adjacent. Further, the area is frequently littered and fouled.
