Over hanging tree

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I have been allocated a personlised disabled bay. unfortunatly their is a tree next to the bay over hanging brining damage to my disability car due to broken branches falling on it and masses of crows an bird mess. this is constant more on windy or storm days. plesae cut back/prune, tree is also bay is nearest to nunber 19 buxte road e8, i hope your can help me a disabled person who has kidney failure an has just returned from hospital/this issue is causing me stress as well as money due to previous damage from this tree i look forward to your swift reply{
