Professional dog walkers repeatedly not collecting dog poo

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

There are some professional dog walkers who come to Milllfields Park most mornings, they bring the dogs in cars and then immediately let them all off their leashes. They have 10 + dogs and pretend that they have not seen when the dogs fouls. We have asked them to pick it up and they become very aggressive. One time they did not even have any bags on them. I have photos of them and their number plates but don't feel that's appropriate to post on here. It's in the same area of Milllfields Park that the nursery children come to play from more than one local nursery.
