Centre 151 Fly-tipping Garden Waste

Local business Centre 151 has repeatidly been fly-tipping their construction waste and garden waste in the residential bins for years. This continues in 2022 with more garden waste. This time, instead of fly-tipping by dumping their garden waste into the residential general waste bins, they thought it would be ok to leave a large bin bag full of garden waste next to the residential food waste bin! That bag has been sitting there for 2-3 weeks, with its content rotting. As a business, Centre 151 does not make arrangements for their construction and commercial garden waste to be collected by a registered waste carrier. They have repeatedly failed to ensure they have an appropriate waste collection agreement to dispose of their business waste and it has caused a nuisance to local residents.
