Quite a bit of rubbish , including an old fridge , has been accumulating in the alleyway off of Clapton passage behind the houses over the past few months

    The rubbish has still not been cleared and the large amount of rubbish and debris placed in the alleyway by the framing shop at 103 is blocking the passageway and obscuring the entrance way to houses further along .
