The tree belongs to Nr. 115 Stoke Newington Church Street N16 0UD Upon advising the occupants of the building - it is a restaurant "Golden Dragon" - they could not give us the contact details of the owner, nor allow us to view the status of the tree. It needs to be attended to ASAP - as we have small children at risk to being seriously hurt.
