Ridiculous amount of dog poo on pavement

Over the past 6 months there has been a problem with people not picking up their dog’s poo. It has gotten increasingly worse and you can now barely walk down the pavement without stepping in some. It’s really horrible and has made a once lovely street look disgusting and unkempt
