Illegal parking - parking on pavement, illegal extension of private parking space

Reported via desktop in the Illegal Parking category anonymously at 10:55, Mon 24 January 2022

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3262498.

Hi, earlier report of this returned the response from you that this is private land and therefore unenforceable. This is incorrect. As you can see the vehicle is parked with one wheel on the public pavement and blocking more than half. They have also extended their private pavement outside the land registry boundaries to claim part of the public pavement as private. On to of that there is no dropped curve which means this pavement cannot be used as private access road.
