Littering / vandalism due to food bin not being collected

Previously reported, told it was resolved but it is not resolved.

Neighbour has attempted to clean but council needs to come and clean there is still mess and this was a direct result of the food bin collection not happening.

Please do not close this case until it is actually resolved, or provide a reason for not being able to resolve you cannot close case as resolved without any action?
