This person has been parking in this place every single day and this place is a restricted parking zone at any time, he always opens the gates and park his car this photo was taken at 11:05 in the morning and the reason I have been sending this photo is because i have disability and i had to drop my shopping and parked here to drop off my shopping and i also i 3 kids so its really difficult for my and i got a ticket. When i appealed it was not accepted this person had been parking for like 2 months and he still parks but no ticket and still parks this really feels bad because there are people have disability like me or elderly people that drop off shopping or drop off elderly people so when this person parks here it blocks those people also this person blocks people from coming into the houses my neighboure has a mobility car and he blocks the way to. This place is N17LT catherwood court but in britainnia walk. I hope this issue will be resolved thank you.
