Dumped wooden pallets office chair

This is an ongoing problem these items wooden pallets pieces of wood and wooden door plus an office chair have been dumped here for two weeks I have not seen who dumped the items but have a feeling it is one of the 2 clothing factories which are down the alleyway it is a constant problem this blocks the pavement so you have to walk in the road to get to the house.Also at another time wood was dumped and one night it was set fire to causing a fierce fire and police and fireman called this makes the residents of the house beside this part of the road in fear of this happening again as last time it nearly came to them being evacuated. we also have a problem with the factory putting out their commercial waste bin overloaded with no lid so their rubbish blows all over the place my neighbours are constantly having to clean the pavement and roadway up.
