Smeared dog faeces across the pavement, constant dog fouling issue

Smeared dog faeces across the pavement outside 150 and 152 Brooke road. Constant dog fouling has been a relentless issue along this long road and is often further exasperated by night dog walkers where there is no monitoring of fouling and no responsibility taken to remove their dog's faeces. This is becoming a huge health hazard as local nurseries need to use this road as a route for toddler's to access the outdoors as well as a surplus of school children.
