Smell on Brinkworth Way/Beanacre Close

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3244143.

The smell was reported by someone else in December and Hackney council said they cleared a drain on Beanacre Close but the foul smell persists. It affects all the drains up Brinkworth Way and the drains near the corner of Brinkworth Way and Beanacre Close. It really is awful and doesn't seem to be getting any better. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

  • The smell is still here and is getting worse. The smell is consistent all the way round past Brinkworth way and to Trowbridge road. It is impacting all Drains.

  • Thank you for your report. Please find below the response from our Highways Maintenance Department - We have checked the gullies in Brinkworth Rd - all are ok with no smells present. We also checked Beanacre Cl with nothing to report.
