There is an on-going problem with littering in this

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3231592.
Corner. It happens when bags of rubbish are left on the pavement and then are opened and rubbish strewn around by foxes, every night. This is a problem that has been going on since I moved into Banbury Rd last Febuary. The council need to provide a permenant bin so rubbish is not left unprotected overnight. This a public health issue , because pedestrians have to walk over rotting food every day & children queue up in that area to attend events at The Forge.

3rd June: someone has added to the general household waste dumped here with up to a dozen bags of cut grass. The pavement is almost entirely blocked, the bags are splitting and the situation is a health hazard
