Dumped leaves on nature reserve

From the East & West Bank Nature Reserve Group. We are currently carrying out a full winter clearance of thre Nature Reserve.

There is evidence that fallen leaves are being dumped on the reserve. If these have been put there by the street cleaners, could they please desist. We are constantly removing litter and dumped rubbish from the reserve, but up until mow we have not had problems with dumped fallen leavesJiohnb
