Barriers and Sand

There was some work carried out in late November, I'm not sure by whom, however we are now in January and the barriers and sand etc is still there. It is taking up parking space, and creating mess as the sand is going everywhere when it rains. I called Thames Water to report the problem, they have no record of any work being carried out on Brooke Road N16 7RU. The barrier and sand is located between numbers 76 & 78 Brooke Road.

Grateful if you can arrange for it to be removed.
