Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

First noticed yesterday, still not removed. Rubbish across access to the alley behind LCR (where the motorbikes for the pizza places are). The ground is covered in needles, condom wrappers, broken glass, various pharmaceutical paraphernalia. It's disgusting and looks dangerous.

    Here's a photo I just took of the litter.

    Strangely I just saw a Hackney council street sweeper pass it twice and just ignore it.
