Hi there

I live at 3 Mandalay House, Burma Court Estate. The drain outside my flat between my house and number 4 Mandalay House seems to have become blocked. Water is spilling up and flooding outside the building on the walk way. Please can you send someone out ASAP. I’ve tried calling but can’t get through to anyone
