Tenant using communal area to let there dog toilet

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

I've seen this tenant return to flat 4 gadsden house Anderson road with the offending dog the dog is very large and aggressive looking it looks to big to be in a flat and they have 2 of th doing this please could something be done to stop ghis disregard for neighbours kind regards
