5 empty bins 2 overflowing Despite visit from council, today we have more litter just fumped in the front garden. The smell is gross .

    No change really. The smell is appalling. The residents do not understand if a bin isfull thry need to go yo the next bin which is empty. There are 7 bins! Refuse has been on the floor outside the bin all week.
