Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

These are pictures from Chatsworth Estate were one family is allowed for over a decade to harass me and put dirt and poison for my pets since 2010. How can this be reported years on end and the last day of 2021 and the first day of 2022 to be surrounded by filth, rubbish boxes and enough powder chemicals to kill a dog kennel. My cat and myself deserve better than this. Who do I speak to about animal cruelty?
