New graffiti on east wall of the tunnel. Offensive towards the police

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3206835.

This was done 30/31 December on brown paint that the Council had only recently applied, to cover previous graffiti. Large black tags plus an offensive comment regarding the police.
