Vehicle blocking foot path causing pedestrians to walk in a busy road

Reported via mobile in the Illegal Parking category anonymously at 14:33, Fri 24 December 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Hi

The owner or vehicle is parked in a space that does not belong to him.

It is a small space that is not large enough for this vehicle.

As such, this vehicle is blocking the foot path.

This is causing people (including the elderly, disabled, people with prams, etc) to walk into a busy road and then back onto the foot path.

As you can appreciate, this is dangerous and it is only a matter of time before someone is injured by on coming traffic.

We have explained this to the owner but he refuses to move his vehicle.

I would be grateful if you could look into this as a matter of urgency.
