A Abandoned Vehicles problem has been found

Please can this abandoned vehicle be removed. Outside 2 Olinda road N16 a silver BMW that has not moved for two years. On the government website it states that the vehicle was MOT'd in October 2021 but this is impossible because the car has been in the same location for 24 months. Is this a "clone vehicle"?
