Fly tipping outside my house waking me up at night

Reported via mobile in the Fly-Tipping category anonymously at 10:55, Thu 16 December 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3183477.

My bedroom is right by this wall pictured, against which male flytippers dumped all this rubbish last night at midnight waking me up. I could hear them talking and stacking furniture against my bedroom wall. This is illegal. This is a constant problem late at night and in the early mornings, which affects my health and ability to sleep and if we confront people asking them to stop, explaining I sleep here, they can be very aggressive. Please add cameras and signs here and more deterrents, this is a serious nuisance and has been ongoing for a long time - 14 months (since I bought and moved into the ground fllor flat 1 Houghton Close).
