Restaurant food waste and broken furniture - left out for days

This is the 4th day now that the restaurant food waste and broken furniture are left on the main junction of Dalston. Every day the rubbish collection truck comes and go and they are still left on the street. As the day go rubbish begins to build up as it looks like a dumping spot. Please arrange to collect asap there's old food waste in there and has been left out for days. Super un-hygienic.
