Fly tipping continues to be a problem at 5 Mackintosh lane for over a year now. Non-residents are not only seen using the bins, but also leaving rubbish and recycling strewn about on the pavement. Please issue fines and/or warnings. Additionally residents ask that Optivo install a locked gate to prevent fly tipping.
