A Dog poo problem has been found

I am disappointed to see once again a large amount of dog faeces outside of my flat’s front entrance, which is 48a Clarence Road in Lower Clapton (on the pitched brown box cover, see below). This has been here for several days - yet again no street cleaning people about like the last time this problem occurred. I haven’t seen anybody here for several weeks. Fundamentally as I had said before, the initial problem is with the irresponsible and despicable attitude of the dog owner(s) for allowing this to happen. I hope such persons are eventually caught and punished accordingly.
