BMW car has not moved from outside 2 Olinda Road N16 for over a year. Flat tyres and weeds growing around the vehicle. On MOT check it claims that the car had an MOT in October 2021 - this is impossible because the car has not been moved for over 12 months! Nobody locally knows who owns the car

  • This car might be used as a "ringer" it's not moved for 18 months yet keeps getting an MOT and tax. It has flat tyres.

  • Can reporter confirm vehicle still at location and update with further details i.e vin number from bottom left side of windscreen
