Church Noise Complaint - Sunday mornings

We’d like to issue a formal complaint about the sound levels coming from the church on Sunday mornings.

The website states that the service, including singing, starts at 10:45am when in fact very loud rehearsals begin as early as 8am and the service is in full swing by 9am.

We never used to have a problem. This is a recent thing that only seems to be getting louder and louder every week.

The microphone and sound system in use are so loud that it penetrates through our external walls and closed windows and is very disruptive.
