Constant fly tipping at the doors of our business, flying onto the property and causing vermine

Hello, we have flagged a fly-tipping issue on Cotton’s Gardens going on for ages, it’s said to be resolved as of now, although as per picture attached, there are still piles of rubbish at our doors everyday. So may I ask what exactly has been done to solve the issue?
We have been told a sign would be put up where the rubbish is being dumped to indicate the right spot to our mislead neighbours, who have seemingly been following the example of other unaware neighbours, instigating bad habits for months. We’ve also been told residents and businesses around would receive individual letters by post to flag this.
As no sign has been put up we are wondering what measures have been taken. Can the aforementioned be done ASAP please?
As mentioned a few times, it is damaging our business after a complicated year for hospitality and we are wasting time enquiring constantly about this issue.
Many thanks
