    Hi dear Sire/madam, I hope you are fine. we want your help regarding over Graffiti on the canal side wall. Our residents are asking me that it does not look nice and I want to make a formal complaint on behalf of my building residents. Could you please tell me, if you could help me which one is concerned department, so I can contact them. I shall be grateful to you.
