People are dumping large amounts of domestic waste and bulky waste in Salisbury Court. It has become a daily occurance to find large numbers of bin bags or rubbish left on top of the recycling bins, next to the recycling bins or spread all across the courtyard. This is mainly domestic waste and includes half eaten food, cigarette butts, dirty nappies, tissues and toilet paper. Everyday we have to deal with large amounts of other people's rubbish and the vermin in attracts. Not only is this disgusting to look at, but we have lots of children living in the estate and it is rapidly resembling a rubbish tip. This is getting severe enough that it is risking people's health. We regularly get foxes tearing the rubbish apart and on more than one occasion I have seen rats dragging food scraps from the bags.
