Fruit from street trees dropping on pavement

Reported via desktop in the Cleanliness Issue category anonymously at 16:17, Mon 27 September 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

3 fruit trees planted in the pavement are dropping red, plum like fruits. Squashed fruit need to be cleaned off the pavement daily until the trees stop fruiting.

This happens yearly but it seems worse than ever this year. I love having trees on my road but Hackney made a mistake planting fruit trees.

Idealy, we would like the trees replaced with non-fruiting varieties and in the meantime, the pavement needs daily cleaning.
