Parked in parking bay for weeks with fines

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Vehicle has been parked within the estate parking (first bay) and has not moved. During the stay of a few weeks, it has had numerous fines.

    Car gets numerous fines. Is uninsured. Been abandoned. Taking up the last bay available. Sort it out.

  • Dear Sir,

    Please be advised, our Abandoned Vehicle Team have assessed the vehicle and confirmed that the vehicle does not meet the requirements for being classed as Abandoned as it has valid Tax and MOT.

    I am also able to confirm that our civil enforcement officers attended the location and issued a penalty charge notice to the vehicle in question.
