Highway obstruction caused by builders at 14 Goulton Rd

Today, from around 2pm till after 4pm, the cement mixer had totally blocked Goulton Rd, to deliver cement to number 14 Goullton Rd.

This caused vehicles that entered Goulton Rd, to illegally reverse out onto Lower Clapton Rd since Goulton Rd was blocked.

The continuous failure to deal with continuous infractions by number 14 Goulton Rd has to be investigated thoroughly.
