A resident on Adolphus Road had been notified by your colleague or local PCSO to remove the cover to the car rather than to stop idling as this vehicle doesn't move more than2-3 times a year. When it does move, it is replaced by the other vehicle (large white van) to 'save' the space rather than leave it vacant for other residents to use. This is not a private parking space although it is being used as such. Please resolve this issue.

    Thank you for your email and the information provided. Please note, the two vehicles reported are parked legally, one having a valid permit and the other a valid visitor's voucher. Consequently we are unable to provide any assistance. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.
