Visitor of tenant living at 5A Adolphus Road, N4 2AT has two vehicles parked outside the houses from 7 - 3 Adolphus Road, preventing residents from parking outside their homes, creating a security hazard because they block the view to the front of houses 5 and 3 and also causing an issue when having to carry shopping etc. to your house from a distance. I have a damaged back and have to park and unpark on a regular basis as I go to work, I also look after my elderly mother, so I never tend to park for longer than a day (if ever) My neighbour is a cancer patient who is currently in remission and has has a hip replacement recently, so these vehicles are quite imposing. As you can see, one vehicle is covered, which is virtually permanent, moving no more than once or twice a year and the white van is extremely long (extra long wheel base) and probably moves on average of once a week. He is purposely parking directly outside these properties as if I ever get the chance to park outside, he will move his van into the vacant space as soon as I have left. He is not the tenant. I have told him that if he's never going to move the vehicles then he could possibly park them across the road where there are empty bays but he refuses. I hope you can help. Best regards.
