Dumped car

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2925611.

The car as been in a crashed but as had number plates covered and the have also covered the car? What's even worse now is the car alarm was going off early hours of the morning on it? Why do I pay for parking if cars can be dumped at no cost? Oswald's Mead E95PZ
