Redact

No. 12 Gloucester Drive N4 comprises various flats. Residents keep their black bins permanently on the pavement instead of inside the boundary of the property. The black bins often overflow. They also leave green bag recycling and cardboard on the pavement all week. Their rubbish should be kept inside the boundary of the property. Bins on the pavement obstruct pedestrians and are unsightly. Thank you.
