Unlawful use of residential permit/vouchers

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2852673.

Van is for commercial use and the owner is in work uniform for 'North London Fire and Security Ltd' located on Chatsworth Road. Owner and driver are not hackney residents and are usng residential permits/vouchers unlawfully instead of a business permit.

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    This notification is to confirm Parking Enforcement attended the location on the 9th of July 2021. Feedback, following the visit made, demonstrates no vehicles were seen parking in contravention- the vehicle in question, which has a valid voucher, was not at the location.

    Additionally, please be advised, we are unable to provide assistance on matters concerning wrongly issued permits. I kindly ask that you contact the Permits Team via parking.permits@hackney.gov.uk.
