Litter on Stoke Newington Common attracting rats

Stoke Newington Common is a well used area but is often litter strewn. This litter appears to be attracting rats. There is also a need for more rubbish bins as often the few bins that there are overflow and then the rubbish is blown around and spread by foxes.
