Washing Machine / Spinning noise

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2830907.

Noise coming from flat 76, its ongoing issue been reporting since 2018, today the washing spinning started 23.20 pm stopped at 23.58, i was already hoping to sleep all my floor was shaking

Now at 23.59 a fan, microwave, or boiler is turned on, and I am having a migraine, unable to sleep. There is noise coming from this prosperity just before or pass midnight passed 3 weeks. Its disturbing, it affect my sleep and my productivity and concentration during the day. It is inconsiderate.
