Smelly commercial fish waste bins - too many, area contaminated, files and rats

Reported via desktop in the Bin Contamination category anonymously at 11:29, Wednesday 23 June 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Exmouth Place is the main pedestrian thoroughfare for residents and park users at the SE corner of London Fields. The commercial bins on the pavement under the railway arch have proliferated (currently 9); they always smell badly of fish, and the area is regularly used for urination and defection. The pavement and arch are becoming unusable by pedestrians. Please deep clean and reduce number of bins.
