Ongoing nuisance through very loud radio playing all through the night, some day times too. The radio must sit out side the flat on the scaffolding. Went to see the warden in Charle Utton Court who said that it is the tenant who she is afraid of. This has been going on for at least 2 months. We are desperate for the noise to stop so we can sleep.

  • It is midnight, the same radio has played at full volume all day and is still playing, preventing us from sleeping. Still, nobody from Hackney Council has been in touch about this problem. What is going on?

  • This loud radio is UNBEARABLE and constant. It’s especially loud tonight and not possible to sleep or drown it out. It’s been going on too long. Please - what can we do about this ??? Apparently it’s coming from Charles Utton court on Amhurst / Charterhouse - apartment 22.

  • Persistent noise nuisance from Utton Court. Top floor. Playing soul music all night and most of the day at full volume through the open window. This has to stop. People shout at night, nobody can sleep here. Why is the council not reacting to this?

  • Still loud soul radio. It runs all evening, all night. Really so very fed up with this person playing this radio. It's mental torture, constant noise pollution. It sounds like it is placed outside the window just for us to enjoy. It is not inside the flat. What is this service for? Why does nobody respond to this?

  • The radio in Utton Court played all day and night on Friday, we had a break for half a night on Saturday, but today it is louder than ever, played all day, still playing, will play all night. Anyone monitoring this website or is a waste of everyone's time?

  • We had maybe 4 hours today without the radio, while the builders worked on Utton Court. From 4pm the radio is playing non stop again. Now 22:04 loud as ever, the only noise in all of Shacklewell. Can't even hear the nearby road, just that damn radio, blasting Magic Soul, like a freak soundtrack to a nightmare. And nobody is stopping it. Why?
