Communal refuge bin outside 42-46A Narford Road are always overflowing

Reported via desktop in the Overflowing bin category anonymously at 08:27, Tue 8 June 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2776051.

The new collection service is causing the bin outside the block to overflow as it is only being collected once every 2 weeks, this is causing it not close and as a result the foxes are able to get in and are tearing up the bags leave a mess all around the block. this sometimes blocks access in and out of the block
