Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later
For the last 3 years, the family at 5 Arrowe Court continuously use the common area (behind Arrowe, Brownsea and Gilwell Court) as their extension to their back garden, giving no one else the option to use it. Constant litter, toys left out and a trampoline are permanently there. Today, Like many days, they have a large group with a huge speaker blasting out music, which is noise pollution and causing noise to over 30 homes. The cleaners on our estate know about the continual littering issue (including hundreds of discarded cigarette butts), which is disgusting as this is supposedly a play area for children. I've also had to pick up empty bags of weed, cans of beer and broken items. To make matters worse, they have a person living there (Wayne) who is not registered to live there, and he uses his Hackney Council supplied flat to sub-let for his own gains. He's lived there permanently since we moved in 2018.
