Restaurant waste left out in black bin bags. They are often not being picked up by hackney council's daily rubbish collection and are left blocking half the pavement all day long at a busy crossroad. Bags containing raw meat and bone, emptied bottles and cans. Bags are often chewed open by foxes at night and raw meat is spilled open onto the street. Emptied bottles roll out and get broken by traffic. It's gross, unhygienic and unsafe.
