Rubbish left by wall opposite public bin for days

Reported via mobile in the Littering category anonymously at 12:18, Wednesday 26 May 2021

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later

Every Monday, several rubbish bags are left by the wall, opposite the public bin, near the parking lot at the Clissold Crescent end of Springdale Road. Some of the rubbish seems to be the content of the public bin. Every week, it just sits by the wall for several days until it gets picked up. During that time, foxes seem to be tearing the rubbish bags apart, strewing their contents on the pavement. It becomes an obstacle course for anyone walking past.
